I’ll have the perfectly beat-uppable HEAD mini prompt journal, for throwing in ur bag and forgetting about, then taking out to write in cause the mood strikes. A sneaky companion.

And in print milestones…
My short story collection, TRANSITIONAL TIMES TRANSITIONAL BODY has sold completely out as of this year. After 700 copies (and that’s the book, not including the zine version that preceded it) it will no longer be printed in its current form. I’m itching to replace the ALL THAT’S LEFT novelette, Real Work You Deserve, with the new chapters (4!), plus a redesigned cover. I fucking love designing books y’all.
Meanwhile, 2026 is the 10 year publication anniversary of METROPOLARITY’s Style of Attack Report, and I’m currently waiting to hear back if a Brooklyn bookstore wants the last 20 copies of this long-printed 3rd edition. (Seattle people can find copies in stock at Left Bank Books, who are saintly folks that never let us go out of stock, please patronize their fine book store.) We—the MP crew Ras Mashramani, Alex Smith, Rasheedah Phillips—are working on an update for a 4th edition, god-willing released before this gregorian year expires.
