When I launched the C U Next Tuesday planners at the turn of 2026, they had 60gsm cardstock covers, which is not super durable or sturdy as far as most planners go, and my shop listings recommended reinforcing them in one way or another.
Since then, I got to work figuring out how to improve next year’s version in a way that was reasonable for my production means, and now, some months later, I am pleased to offer protective clear covers with all planners. =)
The A5 cover is a pretty standard item, bought in bulk from a distributor, just a slip cover and nothing fancy. But the A5 NARROW jawn, I had to get that one custom made. So it has multiple slip pockets and a pen loop, and I’m very pleased with the result.

Of course you can get the clear cover by itself for a reasonable price, for your other A5 notebooks and A5 “slim” type notebooks like those used in TRAVELER’S COMPANY journals.
